Before we send the survey out, we'd like to hear your thoughts about what is included in the survey, whether you would complete it, and how you would like to complete it.
Please take a look at the draft 'Getting to know you' survey document which is attached and then feedback to us by completing the survey here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/GNCPYD7 Please note, we are not asking you to complete the 'Getting to know you' survey, we are only asking for your thoughts on it at this time.
The survey will close on 22 September so make sure you take part before that date. To say thank you for your feedback, everyone that completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win a £25 Evoucher. The winner will be selected at random and contacted by 27 September.
