Our business strategy summarises our aspirations and plans – the things we’re going to do to deliver our vision – and places them in the context of the world we are in. Our current strategy runs until 2025 and we’re now looking for residents to help us shape our new one.

We’re holding a series of focus groups around the country where we will talk to residents about what’s important to you, what you think our priorities should be over the coming years and what great service and great homes means to you.

As a thank you for taking part, you’ll receive a £30 eVoucher. We can also reimburse your travel expenses.

Focus Group sessions will take place in:

  • London on Tuesday 16 July 2024 at 1-3pm & 5-7pm
  • Havant on Tuesday 23 July 2024 at 1-3pm & 5-7pm
  • Milton Keynes on Thursday 25 July 2024 at 1-3pm & 5-7pm
  • Crewe on Tuesday 20 August 2024 at 1-3pm & 5-7pm
  • Sheffield on Thursday 22 August 2024 at 1-3pm & 5-7pm
  • Exeter on Thursday 29 August 2024 at 1-3pm & 5-7pm
  • Oldham on Wednesday 4 September 2024 at 1-3pm & 5-7pm

If you’re interested in taking part, please let us know by completing the form below by Sunday 30 June. If you would prefer to attend an online session, please let us know on the form.

We aim to have 12 places per session – if a session becomes oversubscribed, we’ll select attendees at random. We’ll contact you at least 2 weeks before the session to confirm your place.
