Have your say on our Digital Services


We're looking for residents to take part in a focus group to help us understand your experiences with our digital services. We're currently reviewing and improving our digital services to make them easier, more accessible, and better suited to your needs.

We're particularly keen on hearing from residents our Manchester residents who have not downloaded our MyGuinness app, as understanding any barriers or reasons for not using these services will help us make meaningful improvements.

Your feedback and opinions are important in helping us identify any barriers you may face, understand what's working well, and shape future improvements.

The focus group will last no more than 90 minutes. During the session, we'll explore your experiences and perceptions of our digital services, answer any questions you may have, and discuss what changes or improvements would help you feel more confident accessing and using our online services in the future.

By taking part, you'll help us make our digital services more useful, accessible, and user-friendly for all residents.

What you’ll receive 

If you take part, to say thank you for your time and for providing your invaluable feedback, you’ll receive a £50 Evoucher which can be redeemed at various supermarkets, retailers, restaurants and more. We can also reimburse reasonable travel expenses, aligned with our Resident expenses policy.

How you can apply 

If you'd like to attend the session please email us on ResidentEngagementTeam@guinness.org.uk by Wednesday 22 July 2026 if you’d like to join. We’ll then be in touch soon after to let you know if you’ve secured a place. If we have lots of interest, participants will be selected at random. 

If you have any accessibility requirements or need additional assistance to take part, please let us know so we can support you.
