We have now filled the spaces for these focus groups so this project is closed.

We’re inviting residents to join focus groups to talk about the choices we offer when planned improvement works are carried out in your home, for example- when installing new kitchens, bathrooms, or front doors.

We expect the focus groups to last no more than two hours. During the session, our contractors will share some examples of the choices they offer when they are carrying out improvement works. We will then explore your views on these and talk about how we can support residents to choose what’s right for them.


Your feedback will be used to help shape our planned works service, ensuring the options we offer truly reflect what matters to you.

What you’ll receive

If you take part, to say thank you for your time and for providing your invaluable feedback you’ll receive a £50 Evoucher which can be redeemed at various supermarkets, retailers, restaurants and more. We can also reimburse travel expenses.
