We have now closed applications for residents who live in our taller buildings, those over 18m or 7 Storeys in height (HRBs) to apply to be part of our National Building Safety Resident Panel. This Panel forms part of our ongoing engagement opportunities for residents to get involved in Building Safety - these opportunities include:
Developing a national Building Safety Resident Engagement Strategy
This document will outline our national strategy and fundamental principles for engaging and communication with resident in our taller buildings.
We recently conducted 4 focus groups with residents from across Guinness, and are now in the process of reviewing what residents told us so this can inform the national Strategy.
Joining our National Building Safety Resident Panel
The Panel will be made up of up to 12 residents across Guinness
The Panel will help shape and inform our strategies, plans, communications and engagement around Fire and Building Safety in our HRBs.
For more details about the Panel, see the draft ‘Terms of Reference’ in the Documents section on the right.
Developing tailored Building Safety Resident Engagement Plans
These plans will detail resident engagement on Building Safety matters, tailored specifically to each of our taller buildings.
We’ll begin developing these plans with each HRB later in the year.
