Shape the Future of our Communal Heating and Hot Water Contracts
Our current communal heating and hot water contracts are coming to an end, and this is your opportunity to influence what comes next. Your feedback will play a key role in shaping new agreements that better meet residents’ needs and expectations. These contracts cover the servicing, repair, maintenance, and replacement of equipment associated with supplying heating and hot water to your home through a communal gas or large-scale heat pump system.
We want to hear your views on the existing communal heating and hot water contracts and what you expect from future ones. Your insights will directly inform the procurement process and ensure the contractors we appoint deliver real value for you and your community.
To start this process, we hosted Listening Sessions for residents whose buildings have communal gas heating. These sessions focused on your experiences with current contracts and what matters most to you going forward. The sessions were held on the following dates.
Session One: 03 December 2025, 6pm–7pm(evening)
Session Two: 04 December 2025, 12pm–1pm (lunchtime)
If you were unable to take part, don’t worry – there will be more chances to share your views. Keep an eye on this page!
