We’re looking for residents to join an online focus group to share your experience of how Guinness managed Damp and Mould in your home. We are dedicated to handling damp and mould cases in a way that meets your expectations while fully complying with the consumer standards and current legislation.


To support us with the review, we have partnered with Altair, an independent body that works with socially focused organisations to thoroughly assess the processes. Altair will be looking in-depth at how we resolve damp and mould repairs from the communication we send to residents to how we monitor and report on cases (you can read more about them here).


A key part of this review is hearing directly from those who have been through the process. To facilitate this, Altair will be conducting sessions to gather residents' feedback.

If you have previously raised a damp and mould case with us and would like to participate, please see below the various engagement activities that are available to take part in.


Resident Only Focus Group

  • Tuesday 10th June 2025 – 18:00-19:30
  • Online Focus Group

Resident and Guinness Employee Focus Group

  • Wednesday 11th June 2025 – 12:00-13:30
  • Online Focus Group

During these sessions, we will also gather interest in joining a Final Review Session which will take place with both residents who have been a part of the review and Guinness employees. In this session, Altair will take you through the findings and recommendations they’ve developed bringing together all the elements of the review for your feedback.


Final Review Session

  • Tuesday 17th June 2025 – 18:00-19:30
  • Online Focus Group

All these sessions will be running as an online focus group so you can join from the comfort of your home.


You will need a computer or tablet with a built-in camera and microphone to join the focus groups. We’ll send you further details on how you can join the Zoom meeting along with guidance closer to the time.


What you’ll receive

To say thank you for your time and for providing your invaluable feedback you’ll receive a £50 e-Voucher, which can be redeemed at various supermarkets, retailers, restaurants and more.
