Focus groups are small, informal meetings where residents come together to share their thoughts, experiences, and ideas about a particular subject relating to one of our services. These sessions are designed to listen to your views on what’s working well, what could be improved, and how we can shape services to better meet your needs. We hold focus groups online via Zoom, or in person at various locations around the country.
Why take part?
Your feedback helps us understand what matters most to you and guides decisions that affect your home and neighbourhood.
What to expect:
A relaxed and respectful environment
A chance to speak openly and be heard
Light refreshments provided (for face to face sessions)
Sessions typically last 1- 2 hours depending on the topic
If you’re interested in getting involved in future focus groups, subscribe to this page and we’ll let you know when future opportunities become available.
