Are you interested in helping us to improve the service we provide?

Our London Resident Panel is currently reviewing our repairs service, focusing on how quickly we resolve repairs and the impact on residents when repairs take longer than expected.

We're excited to invite residents from London to join in activities aimed at improving our repair services. Your feedback is invaluable, and we have two great opportunities for you to get involved.

On Wednesday 2 April 2025, we'll be hosting a review workshop where residents can help us review our repairs performance and work with us to create recommendations for improvement.

This session will run from 4.30pm-7.30pm in person at our London office, 350 Euston Road. If you choose to participate in this activity, you'll receive a £50 Evoucher.
