We are reviewing our Resident Consultation and Engagement Policy and would love your feedback.

We're running some focus groups as well as a survey, but we also want to understand whether you think the wording in the current policy is clear, easy to read, and contains the information you need.

Please take a look at our current policy and then complete the survey below to share your thoughts on things like the language used, the length of the document, and whether a shorter summary would be helpful. The policy is in the documents tile on this page, or you can view it here.

There are no right or wrong answers. We are interested in your honest views so we can improve how we communicate with residents in the future.

The survey should only take 5-10 minutes to complete and your feedback will help us shape the way we share the policy with residents.

The survey will close on Monday 14 September 2026, so make sure you take part before then.
