Resident Engagement Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.

2. The prize draw is being run by The Guinness Partnership Limited (TGP).

Eligibility to enter

1. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age and who are a current resident in a Guinness home.

2. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

3. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.

4. The prize draw is free to enter.

Entries

1. The prize draw will include those who return the required information, along with their name and contact details, by the time specified.

2. Entries received after the time and date specified to respond will not be included in the draw.

3. Returned forms that do not include both a name and contact details on the returned form will not be entered into the draw.

The prize

1. The winner shall be selected randomly from all valid entries.

2. TGPs use of the chosen brand does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brand.

3. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

4. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

5. The decision of TGP regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Announcement of the winner

1. The winner will be notified within 1 week of the prize draw closing date specified, via the contact details provided.

2. TGP will attempt to contact the winner up to two times to inform them of their prize, via the contact details provided.

Receipt of the prize

1. The voucher will be sent to the resident via the contact details provided.

2. TGP takes no responsibility for unsuccessful receipt of vouchers as long as TGP has followed the steps correctly to order and send the vouchers.

3. TGP takes no responsibility for errors that may occur when the winner wishes to claim the voucher. The winner must liaise with the voucher provider directly in this circumstance.

4. TGP takes no responsibility if he voucher isn’t claimed within the expiry date.

Data protection and publicity

1. TGP is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and for administering the competition. Limitation of liability

1. TGP does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.

2. TGP does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to claiming of the prize are that of the prize winner.

General

1. TGP reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

2. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
