Shape the future of our Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Contracts
Our current Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing contracts are coming to an end, and this is your opportunity to influence what comes next. Your feedback will play a key role in shaping new agreements that better meet residents’ needs and expectations. These contracts cover both your home and communal areas.
We want to hear your views on the existing Mechanical and Electrical contracts and what you expect from future ones. Your insights will directly inform the procurement process and help ensure the contractors we appoint deliver real value for you and your community.
To begin this process, we hosted Listening Sessions to give residents the space to share their experiences with the current contracts and highlight what matters most going forward. Both sessions were held online via Zoom, on the dates are listed below.
Session One:Tuesday 27 January 2026, 1pm-2:30pm
Session Two: Thursday 29 January 2026, 6pm-7:30pm
Although the sessions have now taken place, there will be more opportunities to get involved in this project in the future. If you’re interested, please keep an eye on this page for updates.
