Would you like to share your experience of planned works? If so, we’re looking for residents to take part in our upcoming focus groups. We’re offering 3 sessions in the hope there’s a suitable time and date for you to attend.
What you’ll receive
To say thank you for your time and for providing your invaluable feedback you’ll receive a £50 e-Voucher which can be redeemed at various supermarkets, retailers, restaurants and more!
What is expected from you?
You must attend and be an active contributor in one of the below sessions:
Tuesday 10th December – 10:30 – 12:30 pm
Tuesday 10th December – 6 – 8 pm
Thursday 12th December – 12:30 – 2:30 pm
We’ll be running the sessions online so you can join from the comfort of your home.
You’ll need a computer or tablet with a built-in camera and microphone to join the online session. We’ll send further details on how you can join our Zoom meeting along with guidance closer to the time.
How you can apply
If you’d like to join one of these sessions, please email customerexperienceteam@guinness.org.uk by Friday 6th November, letting us know which session you’d like to attend.
We’ll then be in touch the following week to let you know if you’ve secured a place on your preferred session. If we have lots of interest, participants will be selected at random.
