Get involved in our repairs focus groups!

We’re looking for residents to join a focus group to discuss how we ensure we’re resolving repairs within a time you would expect. Your experience and opinions are crucial in helping us improve the way we respond to your needs.

We expect the focus groups to last no more than 2 hours and during the session, we will explore how repairs are classified and assess the urgency of different repair situations.

We are holding focus groups in several locations so that we can hear from residents from a range of areas. We'll also be adding dates for Havant and Milton Keynes in the next few weeks.
