Would you like to take part in our online focus groups?
Consultation has concluded
We’re updating our Anti-Social Behaviour, Hate Crime and Hate Incident Policy and we are looking for residents to take part in an online focus group to share your thoughts on this topic. Your feedback will help update and shape our policy.
What’s involved:
The focus group will take place on Zoom. During the session we’ll be asking some questions to find out your thoughts on certain types of anti-social behaviour, how you think Guinness should respond, and how Guinness can work with victims and those reporting anti-social behaviour. We’ll also be covering:
Noise nuisance
Hate crimes and hate incidents
Feeling safe
Workshop details:
We’re holding the sessions over 4 dates and we expect them to last about 2 hours.
When:
Tuesday 19 November from 6pm-8pm
Wednesday 20 November from 2pm-4pm
Tuesday 26 November from 3pm-5pm
Wednesday 27 November from 10am-12pm
What you’ll receive:
To thank you for your time and participation, if you take part in a focus group you’ll receive a £30Evoucher.
How you can apply:
If you’d like to join, please email us at CustomerExperienceTeam@guinness.org.uk telling us your name, address and which date you would prefer to attend. Please respond by 8 November. We will confirm whether you have secured a place shortly after that date.
We aim to have 6-8 places per session – if a session becomes oversubscribed, we’ll select attendees at random.
