Your Feedback Shaped Our Temporary Relocation Process - Now We Need Your Input Again!
In some cases, major repairs or structural improvements cannot be safely completed while residents remain in their homes. When this happens, temporary relocation may be necessary, where we find alternative accommodation for our residents to stay in, until their home is ready to move back into. We are committed to making sure that this runs smoothly for our residents with minimal disruption.
We have been reviewing how we manage this process to make sure it works as well as possible for all residents. Part of this involved speaking with our residents who have previously experienced temporary moves, to understand what went well and what we could have done better. Their feedback has helped us make meaningful improvements to ensure a better experience for other residents who may need to move out of their home for a short amount of time in the future.

When we identify that a resident will need to move out of their home temporarily, we need to understand what their individual needs are so that we can find them somewhere suitable to stay. To do that, we ask them some questions about themselves and anyone living with them. To improve our temporary relocation process, we want to ensure the questions we ask are appropriate and comfortable for residents, and to check whether you think we are missing any information out.
