November 2024

Activity 1 - Develop evaluation question/s

For this activity, we’ll discuss what’s important to you when it comes to how cleaning suppliers communicate or interact with you – such as knowing when they’re on site, carrying out joint inspections or maybe their approach to quality checking. We’ll then use your ideas to create a question (or set questions) for the tender evaluation stage.

  • How much time is needed: 1.5 hours
  • When: Wednesday 20th November 2024 (1pm to 2.30pm or 6pm to 7.30pm)
  • Places available: 20
  • Eligibility: Those who receive both communal cleaning and window cleaning services to their scheme by an external contractor
  • What’s expected from you: Attend an online meeting via Zoom
  • To say thanks for your input, you’ll receive a £25 gift voucher
03 September → 14 September 2025

Activity 2 | Defining what ‘Good’ looks like | Survey

For this activity, we're inviting residents to complete a short survey to confirm the priorities identified in last year's focus groups and share your views on what a good cleaning service looks like. Your feedback will directly shape how we assess potential cleaning companies and help ensure the chosen provider delivers a service that meets your needs.

By taking part, you’ll have a say in what matters most—helping us select a cleaning company that works for you.

  • To say thanks for your feedback, you’ll be entered into a prize draw for a £50 gift voucher
  • How much time is needed: 5 minutes
  • When: Survey closes at midnight on Sunday 14 September 2025
  • Places available: Unlimited
  • Eligibility: Those who receive communal cleaning and/or window cleaning services to their scheme by an external contractor
  • What’s expected from you: Complete survey and submit responses
