Help us test MyGuinness

Expressions of interest have now been gathered. 

If you live in Manchester or Milton Keynes, you could take part in a face-to-face focus group to test MyGuinness.

We’re working on exciting improvements – enhancing your MyGuinness online account and making it easier to make payments. Your feedback will help us create online services that truly work for you, from logging in to getting repairs sorted.

What we will cover in the session

  • MyGuinness registration and onboarding – You will test the sign-up process, logging in, and general navigation to help us identify and eliminate any issues or areas of confusion.
  • Payment – We’ve introduced a new payment module on the MyGuinness portal to streamline how residents make payments. This update is designed to simplify the process, improve clarity, and ensure secure transactions. During the session, you will walk through the new payment screens and steps, assessing whether the experience is intuitive, clear, and easy to complete. Your feedback will help us ensure residents can make payments confidently and without unnecessary delays
  • Language and terminology – While completing simple tasks we’ll ask you to share what each screen and button means to you, so we can ensure the language is clear and easy to understand.

We expect the focus groups to last no more than 2 hours. If you’re interested, get in touch to secure your spot. Your input will make a real difference and directly inform our decision making.

What you’ll receive

If you take part, to say thank you for your time and for providing your invaluable feedback, you’ll receive a £50 Evoucher which can be redeemed at various supermarkets, retailers, restaurants and more. We can also reimburse travel expenses.

How you can apply

Please complete the survey at the bottom of this page to register your interest in taking part, or email us at ResidentEngagementTeam@guinness.org.uk by Sunday 7 September if you’d like to join. We’ll then be in touch the following week to let you know if you’ve secured a place. If we have lots of interest, participants will be selected at random.
