Interviews | Resident experiences of our repairs service
We would like to invite you to participate in a one-on-one interview. The interview will be approximately 30 minutes long. We will be holding the interviews over the following times:
- Monday 10 February - 2pm – 5pm
- Tuesday 11 February - 11am - 2pm
- Wednesday 12 February - 9am – 12pm
March → April 2025
Review Workshop | Create improvement recommendations
In early Spring 2025, we will also be hosting a review workshop, where residents help us to review information about our performance and help us create recommendations for how we improve.
This session will be held in person at our London office, 350 Euston Road, and we expect the session to last approximately 3 hours.
