Have Your Say: Quick Survey on Customer Liaison Officer Availability
This project has closed.
As part of our Neighbourhood Strategy, we are reviewing how our Customer Liaison team work in the community.
We want to understand whether you would benefit from being able to meet or speak with an Officer outside the usual core hours (typically Monday to Friday 9am–5pm).
The survey should only take 5-10 minutes to complete and your feedback will help us design a service that works around your needs.
The survey will close on Wednesday 15 April 2026, so make sure you take part before that date.
To say thank you for your feedback, everyone that completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win a £25 Evoucher. You can read our full prize draw terms and conditions here.
